VISION

Core Pillars
If one or more of our following four pillars resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you—visit our Connect page to get in touch or schedule a call.

01
Igniting Generosity
Generosity awakens the capacity within people to shape a better future. When resources are released with purpose, they become a lever that shifts systems, lifts burdens, and expands human flourishing. In giving, we discover the deep joy of joining something far greater than our own lives

02
Igniting Leaders
Healthy leaders shape cultures and multiply impact. Sustained vision, resilient passion, and clear alignment around mission are not accidental outcomes, but the fruit of intentional and lifelong formation.
03
Igniting Innovation
Addressing significant challenges demands the courage to move beyond the status quo and the humility to risk failure. New ways of thinking and acting are the foundation of progress in confronting deeply rooted and complex barriers to solving matters of justice and human suffering.

04
Igniting Organizations
The final Pillar, where the flames we’ve lit- of generosity, leadership, and innovation- are drawn together into a single coherent fire. Here a force is unleashed, capable of reshaping our deepest convictions toward justice, resulting in substantial and sustainable change.

20 Million +
Number of Orphans Globally
There are an estimated 140 to 153 million orphans worldwide, defined by UNICEF as children who have lost one or both parents, with about 15-17 million being "double orphans" (lost both). The majority, around 90%, live with surviving relatives or in communities, but face extreme vulnerability, while thousands become orphans daily due to war, disease, poverty, and disasters.

27 Million +
Humans Being Trafficked
An estimated 27.6 million people worldwide were victims of human trafficking in 2021, according to the International Labour Organization (ILO).
It is difficult to ascertain the true global number due to the clandestine nature of the crime, and estimates often vary by source and methodology. However, recent data from the UNODC indicates a 25% increase in detected victims between 2019 and 2022

5 Million +
Lack Of Medicine Deaths
Millions die annually from poor-quality care or lack of access, with estimates in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) suggesting 5 - 8.6 million deaths yearly from treatable conditions due to substandard healthcare, and millions more from lack of access to basic medicines and services, with unsafe care harming 1 in 10 patients globally and medication-related harm being a major factor.

2 Billion
Lack of Safe Drinking Water
Approximately 2 billion people globally lack access to safely managed drinking water, according to recent UN and WHO/UNICEF reports. This is equivalent to about one in four people worldwide. Of this total, 771 million people do not have access to even basic drinking water services, and 106 million people still drink directly from untreated surface water sources like rivers or lakes.

-
